Abdulrahman is a pilot specializing in both Manned and Unmanned Aircraft operations, aviation regulations& legislation, aviation Safety& risk management, and international standards (ICAO). He is currently a key player involved in the establishment of the Advanced Air Mobility road map & regulation jointly with GACA, in addition, he is fulfilling the position of the flight operations manager for NEOM Advanced Air Mobility Airline. Prior to joining NEOM, he was the former UAS Department Manager at GACA as well as a member of various high-level rulemaking and technical committees that resulted in shaping the Unmanned Aircraft (Drones) regulation to become effective since 2018 for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
