Borja is a highly esteemed serial entrepreneur in the aviation industry, renowned for his extensive expertise in air operations and his pioneering role in the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) industry.

His remarkable entrepreneurial journey is highlighted by founding two airlines in Europe, establishing an ATO, and leading innovative software aviation initiatives. He has been instrumental in numerous flight testing campaigns in the eVTOL space from its nascent stages, working in collaboration with EASA and KSA authorities.

Currently, Borja is at the helm of NVMOC, a company established by NEOM, dedicated to pioneering AAM in KSA.
